Created by investors

Vasco was born from an internal project led by Parallel, a French player in real estate private equity.

Since its creation, Parallel has wanted to digitize its value chain in order to gain greater precision in the execution of its deals and offer an investor experience that exceeds market standards.

Not finding a solution adapted to its needs, the company decided to invest heavily in the development of an internal solution.

Realizing the sector's demand for a new generation of flexible and efficient tools, the founders of Parallel are giving a new dimension to the project, by separating activities and creating a company dedicated to the development of the solution.
